Ampla programação do 16º Congresso Empresarial Acipi terá palestras sobre o tema “Mudanças”

ACIPI especial publicitario

Conhecimento, networking, entretenimento, arte e cultura integram a programação do 16º Congresso Empresarial da Acipi (Associação Comercial e Industrial de Piracicaba), com o tema “Mudanças”. Nos dias 16 e 17 de agosto, no Teatro Municipal Dr. Losso Netto, o evento promete proporcionar experiências únicas e inesquecíveis aos participantes. Os últimos ingressos, com valores especiais para associados, podem ser acessados pelo site https://congresso.acipi.com.br/

O tema central provocará reflexões a respeito de tudo o que vivemos em um mundo “pós-pandemia” e como podemos nos preparar para o futuro. Considerado um dos mais importantes eventos da região, o Congresso contará com a presença de líderes, proprietários, sócios de empresas, executivos, gerentes e prestadores de serviços, além do público em geral.

“Buscamos oferecer novas perspectivas e visões para auxiliar o dia a dia dos negócios, seja para o profissional ou o próprio empresário que esteja participando”, afirma o presidente Marcelo Cançado.

A programação congrega quatro palestras de especialistas, profissionais com autoridade nos temas. A primeira delas, “Mudanças na economia e cenários”, com o economista-chefe da XP Investimentos, Caio Megale, tratará sobre os desafios das empresas no macroambiente e dicas práticas de enfrentamento.

Na sequência, o publicitário e diretor-executivo do Grupo Padrão, Jacques Meir, falará sobre “Mudanças no varejo” e no comportamento do consumidor. O que muda na atitude dos consumidores e qual o novo papel do varejo?

Com propriedade para conversar sobre o assunto, o especialista em liderança, Marcelo Veras, presidente do Grupo Unità Educacional, abordará “Mudanças na Gestão de Pessoas”. Ele falará a respeito das novas competências e desafios para liderar pessoas neste novo ambiente.

Para fechar com chave de ouro, a empresária, cantora e compositora Luiza Possi apresentará um pocket show sobre aprendizados e como devemos encarar a vida neste contexto de mudanças como seres humanos.

A Acipi busca, com este evento, conectar e engajar as pessoas, oferecendo conteúdos e experiências de grande relevância, correlacionados à temática principal: Mudanças. “Preparamos, também, uma surpresa especial que une arte e experiência, justamente para conectar ainda mais os empreendedores. Durante o evento, o artista Camilo Riani coordenará uma atividade que vai envolver a todos. Esperamos que todos se surpreendam. Precisamos, cada vez mais, trazer arte e experiência para o mundo corporativo”, relatou o diretor da Acipi Escola de Negócios, Thiago Salgado.

Além disso, o Congresso, patrocinado pela Sicoob Cocre, Unimed Piracicaba, EMS e Cervejaria Leuven, será ambientado ao som de jazz. Ao final, teremos um coquetel especial para que todos possam se conectar, fazer networking e aproveitar as reflexões absorvidas após o evento.
