Os servidores do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de São Paulo (TJ-SP) iniciaram na última quarta-feira (14) uma greve por tempo indeterminado, com adesão confirmada em diversas comarcas do estado, incluindo a Comarca de Piracicaba, que participa do movimento desde o primeiro dia. A paralisação foi comunicada por meio de uma carta aberta à população usuária dos serviços do Judiciário paulista.

A mobilização ocorre em resposta a uma série de reivindicações históricas da categoria, que, segundo os grevistas, vêm sendo ignorada pela atual gestão do Tribunal. A paralisação envolve principalmente os serviços administrativos, cartorários e de apoio ao funcionamento da Justiça.

Entre os principais pontos da pauta, os servidores destacam a defasagem salarial acumulada, a falta de diálogo institucional com a administração do TJ-SP e a carência de mais de 10 mil servidores nos quadros do Judiciário.
De acordo com o sindicato da categoria, os trabalhadores acumulam uma perda salarial de 24,81% desde 2002, sem reposição compatível com a inflação. A proposta mais recente do Tribunal foi de reposição de 5%, considerada insuficiente para recuperar o poder de compra dos servidores.

Além da questão salarial, a categoria denuncia o déficit de servidores, agravado pela ausência de concursos públicos. Segundo os representantes do movimento, a sobrecarga de trabalho atinge os profissionais que permanecem em atividade e afeta diretamente a qualidade do atendimento ao público.

“Estamos lutando por condições mínimas de trabalho e pelo reconhecimento da importância dos servidores do Judiciário. A estrutura atual é insuficiente e injusta”, afirma um representante sindical que atua na região de Piracicaba.

Na carta aberta divulgada pela categoria, a gestão do TJ-SP é classificada como autoritária e insensível às demandas do funcionalismo. Os servidores acusam a administração de priorizar o orçamento em favor de magistrados, deixando de lado os demais trabalhadores do Judiciário.

“A distribuição orçamentária é profundamente desigual. Enquanto juízes recebem benefícios e reajustes, servidores veem seus salários estagnados há anos”, diz o texto.

O movimento cobra transparência na gestão de recursos, abertura de diálogo e um plano concreto de valorização do quadro de servidores, sem o qual, segundo os grevistas, será inviável garantir um serviço público de qualidade.

A greve deve impactar diretamente o funcionamento dos fóruns em todo o estado, com a suspensão ou atraso de atendimentos administrativos e cartorários. No entanto, os servidores garantem que haverá rodízio e revezamento, a fim de preservar o atendimento de casos urgentes, respeitando o caráter essencial da atividade.

A categoria afirma ainda que a paralisação será mantida até que suas reivindicações sejam ouvidas e incorporadas pela administração do Tribunal de Justiça. Por ora, não há previsão de encerramento do movimento.

Apesar da paralisação, os grevistas enfatizam o compromisso com a sociedade e pedem a compreensão de advogados, usuários e operadores do direito durante o período de mobilização.
