Controladoras de “áreas,” milícia “tentou diplomacia” com a República Federativa do Brasil? Governador diz que o Estado não será dominado pelo crime. Mais tropa da Força Nacional está à caminho.

Conforme o PIRANOT tem noticiado, há cerca de três meses, o programa “Fantástico,” da TV Globo, exibiu imagens de um treinamento em uma escola dominada pelo crime organizado no Rio de Janeiro. Peritos ouvidos pelo programa dizem que o treinamento seria de guerra.

Milícias no Rio de Janeiro são organizações criminosas compostas principalmente por ex-policiais, bombeiros e outros agentes da lei, que atuam de forma ilegal controlando territórios, oferecendo serviços ilegais de segurança e extorquindo a população. Essas milícias muitas vezes se infiltram em áreas carentes da cidade e competem com o tráfico de drogas pelo controle dessas regiões, mas não têm poder de Estado ou Governo.

Em duas ações após esta denúncia da TV Globo, os bandidos tentaram uma espécie de “diplomacia” com a República Federativa do Brasil. O primeiro caso foi quando quatro médicos foram assassinados na orla da Barra da Tijuca, confundidos com o filho de um miliciano. A investigação se tornou federal, pois uma das vítimas era irmão de uma deputada federal.

Para tentar frear as investigações, o crime organizado “tentou” resolver matando os criminosos que cometeram o erro e entregaram os corpos ao Estado brasileiro. Na época, o Governo Federal disse que não aceitava isso e que seguiria investigando.

Após isso, tornou-se público o roubo de 22 armas de guerra do Exército de São Paulo. Para evitar operações do Exército em busca do armamento, como ocorreu no passado, segundo a TV Bandeirantes, os bandidos devolveram oito delas. Neste caso, a Federação, já com a Polícia Federal investigando tudo em parceria com a Polícia Civil do Rio de Janeiro e outras forças, se calou.

As primeiras investigações apontam que o Comando Vermelho tem convencido milicianos a unir forças e, com isso, a organização tem assumido o controle de algumas áreas do Rio de Janeiro.

É importante ressaltar que as milícias são ilegais e representam uma ameaça à segurança pública.

Também é importante lembrar que milícias não têm força de Estado ou Governo, portanto, não têm nenhum tipo possível de diálogo e muito menos de diplomacia. Seria isso o tentado recentemente, sem sucesso, pelo crime?

É de consenso geral que o Estado do Rio de Janeiro perdeu seu poder e, por isso, cabe à União Federal ações.
