CME Acipi realiza roda de conversa “Bom dia, Outubro Rosa!” em Piracicaba (SP)

Ação tradicional do mês de outubro, o CME (Conselho da Mulher Empresária) da Acipi (Associação Comercial e Industrial de Piracicaba) realizou, na manhã desta quarta-feira (20), mais uma edição da roda de conversa “Bom dia, Outubro Rosa”, com o tema “Saúde emocional e câncer de mama”. Participaram do bate-papo, mediado pela conselheira Sueli Garcia, o médico mastologista Sérgio Bruno Barbosa e a psicóloga Tatiana Petrin.

O evento foi realizado no auditório da Acipi e transmitido ao vivo pelas redes sociais da entidade. Na ocasião, o vice-presidente Rodrigo Santos agradeceu a participação dos palestrantes. “São dois excelentes profissionais que esclareceram dúvidas e prestaram orientações a todos”, afirmou.

“Na palestra de hoje, não falamos só sobre câncer de mama e diagnóstico, mas também sobre saúde emocional. Esta iniciativa é um marco para nossa entidade, que, anualmente, promove esta ação voltada à saúde da mulher”, completou Silvanete Neves, coordenadora do CME Acipi.

Para o médico Sergio Bruno, a intenção da Acipi em divulgar a conscientização é fundamental. “Há anos, o CME Acipi exerce um papel fundamental em todas as áreas, principalmente na saúde, levando conhecimento para todos os presentes e aos que estão em casa, agora com este formato híbrido de realização, unificando, também, o online”, disse.

Segundo o profissional, o diagnóstico precoce, em estágio clínico um, pode salvar vidas e garantir a total recuperação da paciente. “Toda mulher deve, sempre, se olhar, ter consciência corporal, prestar atenção no formato da mama, alterações na pele, se existe nódulo, protuberância, retração ou secreção”, reforçou.

Além disso, deve-se levar em conta o contexto psicossocial. “Sempre falamos em se alimentar bem, praticar exercícios, mas precisamos ter, também, qualidade de vida social, psicológica. Temos de nos cercar de quem nos ama, de quem transmite amor, paz e compaixão, sejam amigos, familiares ou colegas de trabalho. Todos também precisamos ter amor próprio, autoestima e fé, uma conexão com o divino, independentemente da religião”, aconselhou o especialista.

A psicóloga Tatiana ressaltou que eventos com este auxiliam na desmistificação do tema perante a sociedade. “É extremamente importante falar disso, e não só no momento do Outubro Rosa, mas o ano todo. Quando falamos de prevenção, precisamos criar ações de psicoeducação e é o que a Acipi está fazendo: provocando ações de conscientização, trazendo um médico para explicar toda a parte física da doença, os estudos e também um psicólogo para a parte psicológica, é uma soma. As pessoas precisam de informação séria”, ressaltou.

Taitiana ainda acrescentou que “a Acipi tem feito isso (o trabalho de difundir informações por meio de encontros) com o Outubro Rosa, no Setembro Amarelo e vem fazendo ao longo dos anos. São ações que a gente precisa valorizar e continuar realizando, pois faz com que consigamos trabalhar a prevenção”.
