O término da implantação na comunidade está previsto para junho de 2018

O Semae (Serviço Municipal de Água e Esgoto) deu início, na segunda-feira (05), a urbanização na comunidade Pantanal — localizada na região do Jardim das Flores. Redes coletoras de esgoto estão sendo implantadas e, posteriormente, serão as redes de abastecimento de água.

Serão 1.400 metros de redes coletoras de esgoto e mais 1.400 de água, além de cerca de 210 hidrômetros. O término da implantação está previsto para junho de 2018.

Além da comunidade Pantanal, as comunidades Portelinha, localizada na região do Jardim Glória, está recebendo melhorias, como redes coletoras de esgoto, redes de abastecimento de água e iluminação.

“As equipes do Semae estão empenhadas para melhorar a vida dos moradores destas comunidades”, disse o presidente do Semae, José Rubens Françoso.

Força-Tarefa

No início do ano de 2017, o prefeito Barjas Negri, como primeira medida do novo governo, organizou uma força-tarefa em quatro comunidades na cidade: Portelinha, Sabiás, Caiubi e Frederico, com aplicação de lajão britado em ruas e vielas, e outras ações pontuais, como limpeza e recolhimento de entulho. Na Portelinha, foi executada também uma passagem, em tubos, para facilitar o trânsito de pedestres. À época, Barjas destacou que a preocupação era garantir a segurança dos moradores nas comunidades, com a chegada das chuvas.

Já em março de 2017, com as ações nas comunidades, o prefeito encaminhou à Câmara de Vereadores projeto de lei que transferiu R$ 750 mil ao Semae, recursos que serão utilizados em projetos de abastecimento de água. Como justificativa, o prefeito citou a assinatura do Termo de Ajuste de Conduta (TAC) com o Ministério Público, que prevê a urbanização de quatro comunidades em cinco anos, com investimento anual de R$ 1 milhão nas obras em geral. Os recursos repassados servirão para obras de instalação das redes de água – responsabilidade do Semae.

Urbanizações

Em 2005, a Prefeitura de Piracicaba implantou um programa de urbanização de comunidades, melhorando a vida e dando dignidade a mais de 3.000 famílias. O prefeito Barjas Negri recorda que existia um problema que precisava ser enfrentado. Houve um esforço para viabilizar as ações nas comunidades junto ao Ministério das Cidades – CEF, Secretaria da Habitação do Estado de São Paulo e CDHU – Companhia de Desenvolvimento Habitacional e Urbano.

A Prefeitura envolveu as suas secretarias municipais, incluindo o Semae, e mais a CPFL. Todos contribuíram para a execução de serviços. O resultado foi uma soma de esforços e de recursos para executar e concluir a urbanização de 23 comunidades, onde moram 3.356 famílias.

Esses locais foram transformados em verdadeiros bairros, com infraestrutura urbana completa – galerias de águas pluviais, guias e sarjetas, pavimentação asfáltica, rede de água e de coleta de esgoto, energia elétrica e iluminação pública.
